Founder Nicola Copley opened the doors to Cafe Nicole’s in September 2009. My focus then was to build a cafe from nothing, having no customer base or staff to becoming the best cafe in Morley. Serving home cooked food with high quality ingredients at reasonable prices.
Years of hard graft and tears from laughter at all the good times my staff and I have had on our journey together, from the memories of staff who have since left to follow their dreams, to the sadness of losing a much loved member of the team and friend to everyone unexpectedly, Debbie . To all the new and loyal customers who have visited us over the years we are thankful to your feedback to keep the business growing and become one of the longest serving cafes in the borough.
We, in 2017, finally achieved one of our biggest goals we had initially set ourselves by becoming the winners of the ‘Cafe of the Year’ voted by the readers of the Yorkshire Evening Post!
Our vision is now to focus on maintaining the high standard of service that we’ve set and our customers deserve.
